Potential Fitness was founded by Baz Salih. Baz has made the transition into personal training after playing semi-professional basketball for 6 years, a period in which he kept his body in peak physical condition. He continues to challenge himself, constantly thriving to improve.

He has a passion to inspire people to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle that is easily sustainable throughout their daily lives. He is hard working, professional and extremely motivated.

Level 3 Register of Exercise Professionals Certified, he can supply the motivation and support to help you reach for your goals! He creates bespoke Training Programmes specific to individual clients needs.

The Packages

All Packages will be tailored to your needs and commitment to help you reach your goals.

Every programme is personalized because I understand that everyone is different and we all require specific styles of training. After the consultation I will assess your body for muscle imbalances, hormonal imbalances, core strength, body composition, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength ect. so I can develop the right type of programme for you. Below are some package layouts that I provide.


Body fat burner

This programme is completed over 6 weeks, 12 sessions total. It is run as 2 sessions a week. Each week a goal will be set. This programme layout is especially useful if you have very little time to commit to going to the gym. This programme will include 2 phases


Lean Builder

This programme is completed over 8 weeks, 24 sessions total. It is run as 3 sessions a week and it is specific to the individual to increase total lean muscle. This programme will include 2 phases.


The Athlete

This programme is designed for athletes that want to progress through their sport and gain an advantage over the opposition. It runs for 6-12 weeks. With a minimum of 3 sessions a week. This programme will include 3 phases.
